I am still needing a furnished apartment for rent in february in Nicosia (student in internship period - strovolos area). I need a small and affordable flat with one double bed and one single bed (maximum 400 £ CYP for the month). I need help for informations, suggestions...

There is a really specious appartment for sale on the building Iam renting...real big living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms...the price is 400 per month based on what I pay. It is in strovolos (dasoupoli) parallel to Athalassas Avenue. I can ask the owner for the exact price if you are really interested.

Yes I am really interested. It is so difficult to find a flat in Nicosia. That's only for one month in february, but really an urgent need. Thanks for asking your owner. Is it furnished? We do not smoke and are tidy and respectful.
