Its demolition will also be symbolic. It could herald a new era, where genuine steps are taken for the reunification of Cyprus, especially if we also get rid of the foolish nationalist-rejectionist bunch of apprentices that runs the country at the moment.
Banana, you are like the lying shepherd! You have made so many false wolf-alarms that when real wolves will be around, no one will believe you! This in itself shows your stupidity!

Bananiot, have you and your friends (GCs and TCs alike) also demonstrated and hailed slogans in favor of the non-existence of check-points, signs and flags symbolizing the existence of a boarder between two separate “nation-states,” as the Turkish Cypriot side aims to achieve with the opening of the Ledras street; or you have only hailed slogans in favor of demolishing the banker/wall that symbolizes the occupation of our country in the eyes of the thousands of tourists visiting the area?
What was the purpose of your today’s demonstration? Was it to replace the symbols and markings of the occupation and division of Nicosia and Cyprus (banker-wall,) with the symbols and markings of the so-called existence of a borderline between two “legitimately” separate territories –the “Greek south” and the “Turkish north” as your friend Mr. Annan had referred to them, and so that this idea is consolidated in the minds of the international community?
