Help us out a little Saurin.

Are you qualified or experienced in anything in particular? Where in Cyprus are you hoping to visit?

saurin, do you speak Greek? If you are in sales you will need Greek. Especially in Nicosia that there are not many tourists and expats. And I see you are from India. Will you have work permit?

I thought you're not allowed to work on a student visa. the kind of job you'll get are the jobs no one in cyprus is willing to do: gardening, cleaning, restaurant bus boy, maintenance.

I believe you are able to work on a student visa but only for 10-20 hours a week, nothing to live off of. And the jobs you are applicable for are exactly as mentioned above.. jobs that cypriots and eu members do not want to do.

saurin_desai, as you are coming over from India, you may be able to resolve a very serious issue here, if you are able to perform the 'Indian Rope Trick', you could set up one in the North and another in the South of the island, all of those on both sides who wish to be locked in continuous argument could then be required to ascend the rope and disappear, result, 'Peace at Last !' :) :) :) :) :)
