Will you 2 stop showing off please????

The airports only rip you off if you let them. Take you own coffee and sandwiches with you. Buy your crisps and drinks before you get there. If you didn't buy them they will soon go out of business and eventually get the message that their prices are to high.

Dont fall into the trap!!
( I know cause I used to work in an Airport)

Hi Gman

No, I checked just before Christmas, it is unlimited; the Lounge in Gatwick North yesterday was little better than Paphos!

Hehe most of you have got food on your minds!! yes food is v expensive in Cyprus, my mum always freaks out when she comes over as she doesnt get half the things she does in Sainsburys for the same money. Houses and land were good value for money but as everone knows that is rapidly changing, wages are low and cars are at the highest prices in the whole of europe. So why do ppl love Cyprus?, becuase life here is good and thats priceless when considered how expensive dangerous Britian is to live in !!. Your right about the cost of spirits i was quite shocked at the low prices at christmas. As with most places in the world there are things that are expensive but it just takes a bit of time to figure out where the bargains are to be had. For house things most people shop in Syria, for clothes the cheapest are in Larnaca and Nicosia (they even have a Peakocks!)etc.
