Could anyone recommend a double glazing supplier operating around the Lemesos area?

Hi Both,

All of our double-glazed units were made by a small company near the Ypsonas industrial estate - very good. I can't remember their name, but I know how to find them.

How urgently do you need them?

Thanks for your response. We'll probably be looking to get quotes and what not in the next few weeks, so if you could recall their name that would be great!

Hi zoopigi man

I drove to Ypsonas today to see if I could find my double-glazing guy. I know roughly whereabouts he is, but I had no luck. When I'm down that way next I'll have another look.

Is it just the double-glazed units you're after or is it the whole window ?

Cheers,

What about triple glazing? Do they make those in Cyprus? For my home I am planing to get triple glazing because it is even better at insulation and especially at sound proofing :P

Hi Sotos,

I can't see any reason why you couldn't have triple glazing.

The glazed units are made separately from the aluminium frames, so as long as they fit in the standard 24mm frame, it shouldn't be a problem.

24mm seem a bit too thin for triple glazing, no? I think to be effective it needs some space between each glaze that needs to be filled with some gas.
