If and when do the sales happen in Cyprus. I am furnishing a villa and when we came last June we found loads of garden stuff at bargain prices which I thought was really early for a summer sale. I am in the East of the island, coming for the first 2 weeks of January and hoping for some more bargains. Thanks.

The government sets the SALE dates which are twice a year normally in February and in August for a month at a time.It is illegal to put a SALE sign up at any other time.The shop ownwrs get fine otherwise.
