Hello and wishing you a happy stay in Cyprus :-)
Yes, Ayioi Omoloyites area is in the south part (greek) of Nicosia. But unfortunately, it is for a longer rental period (eg. 6 months-1 year).
It would be quite difficult to rent a flat for just one month, so I would advise you to seek temporary accomodation in hotels that offer possibilities for a longer stay (usually these are hotel apartments).
You could try Classic, Castelli or Europa Hotels, which are in the city centre and not too expensive.
