One of the murdered girls, Anneli Alderton, went to Paphos International School until she was 12.

I know exactly what you mean. We also got stuck in a traffic jam yesterday on the Paphos to Polis road.

It was a very low 24c - so we had to have the windows open! The jam took a whole 5 minutes to clear...

The ordeal was so bad we decided to finish work early and go for a Chinese lunch!

That was another nightmare, the second we got there we were seen to a table and asked what drinks we wanted.

The manager appeared with a baby chair for Louis and a bag of NEW toy cars for him to play with!!! HELLO did we ask for them???

After having such a day - we went home and sat on the patio with a drink and contemplated the events in the afternoon sun...

SEE YOU SOON IN CYPRUS

XXX

How do you cope? :D

Not gonna miss anything about England when we move to cyprus. We live in Germany at the mo and after reading cyprus vendings message about it being 24 i cannot wait to come over.Sitting here at the mo i'm looking out of my window and its foggy, wet and cold.

All you hear about on the news is either someone has got murdered or stabbed, all doom and gloom,it;s like watching Eastenders!!shouldn't knock that program being a southener meself, actually quite like watching it!!!!

Well we have less then 2 weeks now until we move over to cyprus and cannot wait, our kidz are well excited today as its their last day at school 2day,anyway have a fab xmas everyone and never know may bump into each other when we come over have fun xxxxxxx

Cyprus v UK

Postby dizzyblonde » Thu Dec 21, 2006 12:56 pm

Well what I cant understand is why so many good hard working law abiding moral citizens are leaving the UK !! Maybe its too many Burkas, veils and free loaders.

But my concern is finding emplyment in Cyprus. Does anyone have any experience or info on what this is like compared to the UK ??

lol, i am ending up defending germany
ehm.... we had a pretty nice weather up to now , and its been cold only the last couple of days. actually most germans i know complain that xmass without snow , is not real xmass.

btw is it true that in the UK people were asked to celebrate xmass discretely, so as not to provoke ?
are you people completely out of your mind ?
