Hi. I had a free to view satellite package installed a week ago, the first day it was fine, but the next day the digi box seems to have locked, it just shows "on" all the time, I have unplugged it at the mains then when I switch back on i get a picture for 5 minutes then it goes off air. I have telephoned the company many times but it seems he is out of the country, I hope I have not been conned as he is in the main newspapers, that is why i went with them I thought I would get a good aftersales sevice, does anybody know how to unlock the box.

What make and model box do you have? what satellite are you on?? who installed the box for you??

The model is Atom 8000, it is free to view for arabsat, the company is city cell (samfares) in Limassol, I have been phoning all day now his phone is switched off.
