Improved Cyprus weather site.

I have seriously improved both the scope and the accuracy of my weather site, thanks to an upgrade of the weather station equipment to the same type used for official stations in the USA. The largest amount of raw data can be found on the Detailed Weather page, which I'll continue to improve.
