When I read that Robert Alagna just walked off the stage in the middle of an aria, I didn't know whether to laugh, cry or admire him.
I can totally understand why he might have done it, and in a way it's an incredibly brave thing to do.
On the other hand, he's so privileged to be in front of that audience in that venue (La Scala) in the first place - it seems spoiled and petulant to me that he just left.
