It was our wedding (surprisingly), we had a blessing by a Tibetan Lama. you kneel in front of the Lama while he chants a blessing - normally 2 hours we did 15 mins.

we sold it 2 months ago...couldn't be bothered with the upkeep anymore...a 2.5 hr drive...
