Seriously. Perhaps you should consider a thyroid test. One in 5 women suffer from thyroid problems. I was diagnosed (eventually ) with thyrotoxicosis at the age of 22 but I had been suffering for at least two years before but everyone had been putting down my working 20 hours a day, low-boredom threshold, never going to sleep, eating huge quantities of chocolates and still losing weight, to just being "energetic". My resting heart rate was 140 beats per minute by the time I was diagnosed
P.S. ... can you measure your heart beat?
