What's your definition of 'pretty good money'?

I guess if someone made 15K cyp per year I would consider that to be good money, considering both parents usually work in Cypriot households.

Wow - are you saying that the average nurse in a public hospital makes 15K per annum?

I assume that the lack of affirmative means that your aunt doesn't make 15K a year as an average nurse. Which is what I kinda thought. Please let me know if my assumption is wrong as I have a vested interest.

I didnt think that I had to confirm anything since I had already told you what I knew-i hate repeating myself. You sound like my daughter when she asks a question and she doesnt like the answer-she keeps asking the question. I told you what I personally know they make. If you do not think it is true then it is your provocative. Furthermore, despite of what you might think, I do not sit in front of my computer waiting for someone to ask me something so I can reply within 2 seconds. I do have a life and sometimes it takes me days to get to all messages. If you want to draw your own mistaken conclusions and assume rather than wait for an answer be my guest.

Rulla I agree with you. There are certain professions that certainly should be paid enough-like people who work on saving other people's lives. If they cant find people maybe they should pay a bit more and get some who would work for them. People pay for healthcare benefits and they should receive them. Maybe the people who actually receive treatment in hospitals should put pressure on whoever is in charge for staffing the hospitals also.

MY aunts have been working at the Limassol Hospital for about 30 years each. My brother's godmother has been working at the one in Nicosia for about 35 or 40. Like I said they make good money but like you said anastasia they have been working there for ever and ever...
