eight chapters to be frozen

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Not much appears to be said so far. Out of interest, what about the Turkish press (not TC) what do they say about it ? A victory again ? Seems to me that every bit of news these days is felt to be a turkish victory .... i`m no intellectual slouch but i`m struggling to see how these decisions are things to celebrate for Turkish pro-EU, pro-Cyprus-Solution followers

What is there to explain Adri?

When just 2 days ago the FM was on TV saying that unless there is a specific deadline for Turkey they would not consent to anything, and this would result in total freezing of Turkeys accession?
And now they came back almost like dogs with the tail inside their ass aggreeing to everything?
Do you know that everybody disappeared from the face of the earth, you name them Papadopoulos the FM everybody and refuse to address the people to explain them what happened?
Do you know the spokesman just uttered somethings to the reporters and he was as if someone has dressed him from top to bottom with shit?

Haven't you realised that Turkey got NO PUNISHMENT whatsoever, the 8 chapters frozen were not to be negotiated but at the END in any case.

For your information I never actually beleived that this EU muscling would really be successful but I was willing to see where our leaders were taking us. It all proved a lie. Papadopoulos knew he could not do it and he knew the reasons very well. In fact if you notice I did mentioned the reasons in this forum a couple of times lately.

So if Papadopoulos knew he could not do it then what is his policy? Do you think that any reasonable GC has ever digested the fact he avoids to meet Talat.

Jeez in the past we were almost begging Denkrash to meet now we have Talat you is begging us and Papadopoulos refuses. Do you know that Talat was even sending Papadopoulos Christmas presents to flatter him I mean baskets with traditional cypriot goodies like olives and other stuff? what other evidence does one need to beleive Talat was honest and sincere? OK lets say Papadopoulos needed some time to kill the Anan Plan and start afresh. Well, enough time hasn't passed already?

What is his policy damn it?

NB. I as the only one in here telling you all in here you should show respect to the Honourable President Mr Tassos Papadopoulos, not because he was somebody but he was the President.
From Today on he proved he doesn't reserve it.

Go to hell Papadopoule, we are looking forward to kick you out in a couple of years. We didn't need to to bring us the stupid Anan Plan and then tell us to turn it down, we could do it ourselves idiot.

Crikey, Pyrpolizer.

That's one of the most profound postings I've ever read on this forum. You seem a man possessed!

Good on you for talking straight from the heart!

So I am good for our TC friends only when there is no reasonable doubt that our leaders cheated us?
How about my other no reasonable doubt that the Anan Plan was not only unfair it would not bring a state of law but a state of anarchy and partition within 6 months?

An excellent, from the heart post Pyrpolizer. As for the Annan plan. well the vast majority of TC's were in fact in agreement with you that it may have leaned a bit too far towards the TC's.

Our argument is that your Papa/administration could have come up with alternatives or even fine tune the Annan plan and move forward. But No, hell, why should Mr Papa sit and negotiate with people that he feels are less human than the Greeks. Why should he do anything to get justice for his people when the EU can achieve this for him.

Well Mr Papa that's not gonna happen, you are commonly known as Mr NO within the EU, I wonder why.
