Aaaah, fresh, just made halloumi, when you chew it the sensation is amazing. UPS some over please.
This brings back a memory very strongly.A little village in the hills of Paphos.I watch my Auntie milk the goats. we take the milk home.I watch her make halloumi over the open fire stove,in the darkest corner of the tiny cottage.I can see the flames of the fire. Can still smell the hotly made hellim. And the taste.....Hmmmmmmm...
OK! I am now tucking into chocolate bisquits and "teneke" helim. Are you all happy now I won't sleep very well.....
