Hi Admin,
I know you appreciate being kept informed of service failures, so this is just to let you know that once again I have (until now) been unable to access the forum since Saturday 9th December.
I have a friend also living here in Oroklini who experienced the same problem.

I considered that Steve, but this has happened before here in Oroklini, and as before, I have had no problems with any other sites.

Skyvet some other people had complaints before about this and it seems it was people with a common ISP.

I have contacted Cytanet and they claimed that in your area there has been an i-choice upgrade to the new platform and this in combination with some faulty ADSL modems is what is causing the problem. They suggested that the solution is for you to call their support.

Personally I do not believe them and I will look into this deeper. Please keep me informed.

I would also like to suggest to all of our members to move away from Cytanet. Otenet is a good alternative that offers better speeds, lower cost and superior customer support. http://www.otenet-telecom.com/
