Will GCs apply to the property commission in the North?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Is there a website set-up for such applications? That would be the safest and easiest way to get the application in motion.

Thats also been discussed, so possiblities are boundless but what would GC think and would they use such a service?

I think that you are correct, and if people wanted to apply a website might be the best way to start, rather than people calling to people's homes. That might be awkward. Personally, I wouldnt apply if I had property in the north, but I dont think any one has a place to call, the people who want to apply, names. It is a personal choice and we should respect it.

I think it means they are having a party in their imagination or something close to that.

You are right, I will tell the people on the commission when I see them, that the Internet is the better and safer bet, we don't want TC representatives put at risk disappearing in the dark of the night like the 1960s.
