Acquiring so called confiscated property

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Then you can keep what you took from me and I will keep what I took from you.......................nice deal.

 Zan, tries to play the innocent victim again and then he falls in his own trap.

Nothing was stolen from TCs. Since the 50s,60s and 70s they have been trying to partition RoC. Partition was/is their dream. They left behind some 18% of mostly low value land, and they stole in the north 37% (twice as much) of mostly prime coast land.

I say to Greek Speaking Cypriots lets just say we took a gamble we lost

Humanist, your message is loud and clear. The gamble you took was to exterminate the TC's, realise your dream of ENOSIS and live happily ever after.

This is an excellent attitude, all GC's should follow in your footsteps. Stop digging a hole for yourselves and accept the fact that your gamble didn't pay off and graciously accept your losses.

WELL SAID HUMANIST.

Since we're all into legal advise now, who's gonna tell the red neck that he'll have to hand back the property at some stage with a more than probable financial loss?

What stage would that be? he did clearly ask if there would ever be a solution yet nobody could respond, so the likelihood is near to non exsistent.

I don't know whether there will be a solution or not. I do know that you can't hold onto someone else's property forever. Via the ECHR, local courts etc something will be done at some point and these people wo bought stolen land will be forced to payback. Its no difference to th TC's or the GC's as you said, its the foreigners who are using up their life savings and then run the risk of losing everything that are going to lose.

DT,
What difference does it make to Yiannos as to who owns his land in TRNC now?
I asked this same question to Piratis and he said that it does not make any difference but added something which I considered blah blah blah.

Is your answer any different? I am sure it is the same. Can you answer me honestly why you all oppose the foreigners buying up this land?

You say that eventually you are going to get it, so let the foreigners bother about it. If you say you love them too much and you don't want them to lose any money, then you bet you know what I am going to call you :D

So? if there's no solution which we all agree is not likely then they have nothing to worry about and even on the off chance that a solution is hammered out these people will be allowed for otherwise there will be no solution.

You really are a sad case Piratis. You should stop making such a fool of yourself - I'm sure others, like me, look forward to your posts for the pure enjoyment of the obsessive and repetitive rambling, which I'm sure detracts from understanding what may be meaningful postings on your part.

Who exactly is the 'we' you refer to in the above quote?

Sad are the criminals that commit the crimes like yourself. You are the scum of earth. You will see who "we" are when the information collected will be used to fight crime against Cyprus.
