Acquiring so called confiscated property

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby elko » Sun Dec 10, 2006 4:04 pm

Piratis,
You did not answer my question. The emphasis is on WHAT DIFFERENCE.
If and when there is an agreement, if Yiannos is going to get his property back, he will get it back irrespective of who owns it now de facto.

The real reason is you want to kill the economy in TRNC and have your way but no way.

You call selling off stolen things as being part of your "economy"?

I thought you said you occupy the northern part of RoC to be protected from the "evil" GCs? But apparently you do so in order to gain on our loss selling off what you consider the spoils of war. We know that, but such crimes have consequences either you like it or not.

Piratis the Cyber detective

Your IP has been logged already and we will find out more info about you. Criminals like you will not get away.

Legally the member in question (Yankie) has not committed any crime yet Piratis you are insistant in calling him a "criminal"

This person has stated he is taking legal advice.

Piratis

You are living in cloud cuckoo land if you think that

a) all the refugees are going to return. Financial compensation will be paid out to the majority of refugees.

b) the majority of refugees TC and GC want to return.

Anyway you are quite welcome to log my IP address. I have nothing to hide and you are welcome to visit me anytime. Who knows i might even buy you a beer or 2

Piratis,
Stop beating around the bush and answer the question if you can. What difference will it make to Yiannos?

No difference for Yiannos, as he will get his property anyways.

The difference is that TCs can live temporarily in our properties while our refugees can also temporarily live in TC properties in the free areas until a solution is found. On the other hand those foreigners come to Cyprus with the sole aim of exploiting what was stolen from us. They are the equivalent of those Nazis that were making jewellery out of the golden teeth of Jews. They are human scums, with no morals, and all they care about is how to profit regardless of how that is done.

Piratis,
At last you answered my question, thank you very much.

So it does not make any difference to Yiannos. The rest is bla bla bla.

PS: Whether Yiannos gets it back or not will depend on conditions mostly laid down in the Annan Plan. I know, Annan Plan is dead because Papadop and Denktash says so. That is somethişng else.

Annan plan is dead because the Annan plan says so. Did you read it?

I for one will never accept anything unfair. I guarantee you that if our land is not returned to us there will be another round of bloodshed when the conditions will allow. If you expect us to capitulate you should forget about it. We have every right to fight for our land and our rights and this is what we will do.

Several arrests have been made already, and an NGO is collecting the names and other information of the people that have committed the crimes you are talking about.

Sources please, and in what context.

That is very reassuring to read, can you tell me how you will deal with the situation where all the Turkish Cypriots were treated unfairly in the 60’s and 70’s. or maybe you have a mindset, where TC’s being treated unfairly don’t count?

Answers on a post card please!

The book of propaganda is the one you are quoting. Everything I say is a fact.

Here is the source for the latest arrest:

About the NGO I will not post anything. You will hear about it when the time will come.
