Hi there, I'm flying out of glasgow with my wife wed 20th Dec to paphos with thomsons for £126 each and thats return but we wont be retrurning as a single one way ticket for the same flight was £375 each so we said we were comming back on the 27th Dec if we had said we wanted to return on the 10th Jan the seats rocket to £625 each return.
The £129 return seats actualy started at £24 x4 for both of us plus the usual ridiculous airport and fuel charges but still a goog price at £258 all in,but in April 2007 i can book return tickets through Globspan as they are flying to cyprus for the first time next year for £49 return,so you Thomsons bubble will be well and truely burst big time !!!!!!!!!
P.s Easyjet are also running flights to Cyprus next year too as well as package holidays to boost the countrys tourism after negotiations with the Cypriot Government to encourage holiday makers back as tourism was down again in 2005/6.ImageImageImage

the british government just announced that its doubling the airport tax and also fuel tax so people wont be able to travel so often. They reckon they are going GREEN.If the roumors with easyjet are true ,good luck to them i say.

Hi Tony, have you tried http://www.afdl.net/results.aspx or airflights.co.uk they are doing flights at £233 7 day return, I usually find them the best.

Hope that helps.

I don't want you to lose too much sleep as to what I'm about to tell you, but, you should be aware, that airlines and travel companies are able to charge you the full one way price onto the credit card you used for your reduced round trip tickets, if you do not fly back, as booked. If it comes to their attention, your credit card may be charged, after you fail to return as contracted with the airline. The airline assumes you'll be returning, so those seat will not be sold to someone else. Never mind the airlines usually oversell each flight by 10%, because they know, there will be no shows, and only one way travel, on a round trip tickets.!!

The whole one way costing more than a round trip ticket is a bunch of crab to begin with, but airlines want to rob the business traveller as much as possible, because they are mostly last minute and one way travellers, if they don't know how long they will be away for.
