Anyway, this has nothing to do with bargaining. As someone said before these are the rules, if you wish to join you need to comply. If you wish to bargain then join the Joined market of the Turkmen states where you can all bargain to your hearts content.

what if those kids are part owners therefore have stake in that garage? so they also have the right to use it just like the other owner who enjoys freely what the kids should also have the right to do.

Wikipedia and CIA factbook made those numbers guestimates ... still if anyone can provide real numbers then lets re-do the numbers if that is required to make the point ? I don't think it is really needed is it ...

Silly offer from Turkey.

Well played?

If that stupid move is considered good play, what is foul play in Turkish diplomacy?

Still it's better than a "casus belli" declaration...

You may ridicule it all you wish but its still being discussed in the EU corridors as an alternative way out and Turkey has played it right on que, lets all see what your leadership will do. Will the EU apply last minute pressue on the GC south to force its hand, either way the GCs will again be the rejecting side.

You may glorify it all you wish but it's still a stupid proposal that's already rejected. What the EU said about it was that they would comment on it when the details are known. Once the little detail of the TC ports opening demand is known, then what will be discussed in the EU corridors will be the inadequacy of the Turkish diplomacy

we tried they rejected it yet again, now you can clearly see who is the side blocking progress, therefore you should not hold us hostage because of the negative stance of the GC run "RoC".

lets just wait and see I think the GCs will now scurry around to make a declaration of rejection, in the face of the cold shower from Germany and France and the Aresti case the GCs are starting to realize that the EU option is not all its cut out to be. Give you another 20 years and youll be begging for the adoption of the Annan plan.
