I will agree with your proposal for partition if:
a.) you provide me with the results of a referendum in which only TC will participate (no settlers) and which indicates that majority of TCs approves partition.
b.) You provide me with a map of the 18% of the territory of Cyprus which you wish to keep after the partition.

Sorry Kifeas, that is impossible.We dont want to live together and we do not trust gc but we can only live side by side like 2 good neigbours.

I wish they can do that,I agree with you, referendum should only GC and TC and that should apply both side too.
I am not sure about %18 of territory because they should look in to how much land and evkaf land has and dived.That way I think better both side and all of us will be happy and live together in harmony.
