That (it was legal) was of course was a (central) EU decision that is above doubt or questioning. Other (central) EU decisions like for example the Annan plan was a fair and just settlement are obviously based on ignorance or stupidity or 'pressure from enemeies of GC'. It's simple really once you understand how the (GC) game is played!

1)No! Please enlighten me. An educated guess though: Because those areas are not by the sea perhaps?
2)Properties in the areas that will be returned?? Be returned according to which agreement? According to the non aggreement on the divine plan fabricated by the 3 sold outs De-Soto, Anan, and Verhoigen? What makes you so sure the GCs will EVER accept anything like that?

Insan wrote: Have you ever

them to emigrate from Cyprus.

I understand you wanted to say "....would NOT say yes.....". That's perfectly understandable. Now please explain me how this relates to what I ve said in my previous post to which presumably you were answering.

Insan wrote: Why don't you try to face with the reality that finally
even CTP too, has understood that the GC leadeship is

Is TC leadership any better?

In return I ask you why don't you try to face the reality that both Talat (CTP) and Christofias (AKEL) are not the same as they were before taking the power in their hands. And by the way I never trusted any GC or TC leadership. In fact I tried desparately in the past to convince you to do the same but suprisingly I saw you trusting AKEL. Now even more suprisingly I see TCs trusting DESY....What can I say?

OK let me try once more. Do not trust any GC or TC leadership. Do not trust the GCs or the TC people as a whole. Trust only those GCs and those TC individuals that have the same social, political, economic, and survival problems like you.

Insan wrote: but it obviously seems to me that the GC
leadership still consider to be the sole ruler of the
Cyprus, feasible; specially afterwards they made the
application to become an EU member...

How? Because we rejected the Anan Plan? I said it a hundred times, people rejected the Plan because it was stealing their properties. 9 out of 10 GCs, did not give a shit on the political system of the Anan Plan. All they cared was their properties and whether they would have the right to return if and when they like. Having the right does not mean they would return in the end. THAT'S A RISK THE TCS SHOULD TAKE. And if the TCs are afraid that the GCs will force them to remain propertryless then they should impose restrictions on their own rights not on the rights of the GCs. For example they should impose restrictions on their own rights to sell their properties.

Anyway, the Anan Plan was not the result of negotiations but the result of simple orchestrated bying out of 2-3 individuals to tailor a so called "UN Plan" suitable for Turkey, UK, USA and the TCs.

Soon we will have a NEW negotiated process. That is when every single issue will be watched carefully by us, you, the EU, the UN and others. And I tell you the new process will not be a package deal. It will be for every issue separately. Property issue, share of Political Power issue, Settlers issues etc etc. Then we will see if the GC side wants to dominate the TCs, or if it is the other way round.

I only hope it is neither of the two, because this is the only way to have a solution.

No it is you that you have to understand what kind of game is played against the GCs. The game is to let INDIVIDUALS take decisions, so they will immediately be bought by the US to decide for their, Uks, Turkeys, and the TCs favour. It NEVER happened that a collective body ever treated us unfairly, simply because there are not enough US money to buy EVERYBODY.

Verhoigen said the Anan Plan was according to the EU Aquis. Tell me what would happen to Verhoigen if the Anan Plan had passed and the 2 Co-presidents would apply to the EU to make it their primary law. Tell me what would happen if this primary law would go to the parliaments of the other 24 member states to approve it.

Don't want to look any further away from the tip of your nose? No problem with me. You may insist for ever that the EU accepted the Anan Plan to be finally and definetely in accordance with their EU Aquis.
You will always be wrong though!

Any EU or UN decision, view or statement in your favour is to be repsected and unquestioned and taken as 'authority'. Any UN or EU decision view or statment not in your faovur is down to corrupt GC hating indivduals and is to be disrespected questioned and treated with contempt. Simple really.

Erol, do you understand the difference between an Individual in the EU and the UN, and the decisions made by collective bodies of those Organisations? I hope you do because your statement is nothing less than an over-generalisation. Or should I say I am sure you do, judging from your no reply to my second paragraph?

If you want the opinion of individuals in the Eu then I can refer you to hundreds of constitutional EU experts, who studied the Anan Plan and said that was the work of a paranoid-schizophrenic. This however does not give their opinion any more credibility than the personal ($haped) opinion of Verhoigen who said the Anan Plan would be acceptable to the EU, or the promi$€$ he gave to the TCs that later on proved impossible.....
