Hello,

We're a travel agency based in Mexico and we need to expand our business to Cyprus. Therefore we need to rent for long term - 2 years at least - a 3 rooms apartment - not furnished, around 100 to 120 sqm - in Limassol, more or less near the town center.
The apartment will be used for offices and perhaps one room for a guestroom - some kind of bedroom maybe, for our offsore staff visiting us.
One-two baths, a kitchen, air conditioning.
No pools, barbecues or similar facilities.
I can't tell you anything about parking but since we're planing to hire locals I guess the parking isn't an issue.
Basically the offices should be easy accessible from any part of the town.

No budget limit; however we're not looking for President condos.

We're planning to move there around the end of March 2007, so I hope until then we'll be able to find something appropiate.
We already keep in touch with many real estate agencies in Cyprus but I think placing this message here won't hurt anyone.
Any help would be great.

Another thing, which is personal; sorry I didn't ask this in general chat: I lived in Dominican Republic and Mexico so I'm used to the warm subtropical climate.
I would really appreciate some details about climate in Cyprus and if on summer is so hard to breath as it is in Mexico City D.F. ...to get my breathers.
And yes, I saw lots of threads about temperatures in Cyprus but maybe somebody who lived in D.R. and/or Mexico can make a comparison here? Thanks!

If you are still looking I have a flat for rent:

Location: Very center of town, 5 min walk to Pentadromos, near Limassol bowling center and McDonalds on Makarious (Flat is south of Makarious, between Ayias Fylaxis and Ayias Zonis)

3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 4 A/C's, Third floor, Building renovated 2 years ago, New kitchen, Storage heaters installed (Big plus!)

Size 104: sq meters. The flat occupies its own half of the tower seperated from other two flats by the stairs and lift, it shares NO walls with neighbors with three outside walls for windows.

I wont say it has a seaview, but if you look off the balcony you can see it between some other buildings. What they call a sea peep I think.

VERY central, quiet neighborhood. No reserved parking, but always a spot on the street or "parking" area that is used by tenants. Close to all amenities.

Unfurnished, but can provide appliances if required. Good neighbors, all tentants are Cypriots with a few EU retirees. All residents, not partiers or part time people who don't care about the building.
