Best way from Pahos Airport to hotel and other questions

Postby dpng » Tue Dec 05, 2006 6:05 pm

Hello

I haven't visited Cyprus yet but am putting that right tomorrow. I will arrive at Paphos and have booked in at the Aloe Hotel in Kato Paphos for the first week. Should I take a bus into the town (how much and how often?) or is there a better way?

My main purpose is to take a look around and look for a small (not expensive) property that I could rent out for part of the year to contribute towards costs. Any recommendations on where to look for something that would be easily rented?

I'm also likely to come back for a longer period (2 or 3 months) after Christmas and ideally would like to rent somewhere cheaper than hotels. Has anyone got a small property to rent over that type of period that I could take a look at while I am there? Will try to check internet whilst there and make contact.

Thanks for any help.

Derek.

Best thing is to rent a car if you want to look around. Bus system in Cyprus is not good! For small not expensive property that you can easily rent I would say a 2 bedroom apt. not very far from the coast and Paphos tourist area.
