Devious British

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

typical answer i expected from a brit. As far as the tourist is concerned i could give a hoot. In your eyes we should just accept your money and sell our country because it suits you.

Would you be willing to do the same in bradford to the asians or brixton to the jamaicans etc etc. When all these communities live in a country they abide by the rules of that country. What if the asians in bradford wanted to declare it as an Asian republic of central england, would that be aaceptable ? Then you can show your passport and pay the £12 to go through it. Because thats what you are asking of the GCs to accept.

Anyhow, if you read my second post you will see the reason i posted it in the first place. All this talk from the TCs about enosis being the blame, well guess what, it was the british that made it happen. It hurts doesn't it ?

But, I don't hold the average brit to blame ( I have many british friends believe it or not) like you suggested, because most of the ones i know understand, but its the like of you who just want to keep rubbing it in and apply insult to injury and asking us to accept the tourists money in exchange for the shafting the brits have been giving us.

(Definition; Brits = british government + those that support their devious and kniving actions in cyprus)

Sure, we have to move forward, but many people suffered on both sides and just to brush it under the carpet is a kick in the teeth to those people.

I don't wish to say anymore on the thread i have made my point.

Panthemna, you say you have lots of british friends, i guess they dont get to read the choice garbage you post?

If you truely belive that the british were more responsible than the actions of your countrymen then you are deluded plain and simple...

I too wish to say nothing further...

got an interesting one for you guys.. I live in London and decided to take out a good friend/client of mine who happens to be turkish out for a night out in London. He must have used the line "Hi I'm turkish and he's greek" about a million times and managed to get off with about 5 girls during the night. I being the married one was content to watch my mate work those girls into an annan-like state at the bar!

Oh yeah and as usual we spent the first 2 minutes when we met up talking politics.
