Hi Brian.

Carol (00357 99 153 997) at BRC is a lovely & VERY helpfull lady we rented our second house here in Paphos through her.

Our first rental was in Peyia which we used Steff at Paphos Finder.

One thing I will say is that you may stuggle to find what you are looking for on your budget, you may have to think about an apartment instead? It really depends on what standard you want for the year!
