Having left the pub after a long session, a man goes into the chinese takeaway next door and orders Chicken Chow Mein. It is duly served up in its little foil box with the cardboard lid, and the smell is mouthwatering!
He then decides to have one last pint before going home to enjoy his meal, and returns to the pub. Placing the foil box on the bar in front of him he begins to enjoy his pint. The mouthwatering smell is becoming too much for him, and he decides to sneak a morsel. As he carefully prises up the cardboard lid, he is amazed to see a pair of eyes staring back at him! He snaps the lid back down in disbelief, and thinking that it must be the beer taking over, he has another look. Sure enough, there are the same two eyes staring back at him again. In disgust, he takes the food back to the chinese next door, and tells the man behind the counter about the eyes in his chow mein. The man has a look for himself, and then apologises profusely! "I solly, I make mistake" he said, "I give you peeking duck!"
