The illegality is the puppet state of Turkey in Cyprus and the occupation of 1/3rd of RoC. The occupation and the pseudo state is going to end sooner or later in one way or another.

The AP was devised to legitimise the events of 1974 and to divide our island for ever. The State of Cyprus is the only legal state that represents all its citizens and the sooner the ROC is recognised by Turkey , in line with EU and worldwide directives the better it will be for all Cypriots. For my part , nothing will make me happier than to see a Cypriot parliament consisting of all Cypriots and if a T/C becomes the leader let him be the President of Cyprus under democratic elections.

The concept of a nation state is a fairly recent construct which gained ground after the Renaissance. There is no way for the Cypriot nation to have existed for thousands of years, because no nation has.

The United Cyprus you dream of does not exist how can it, its like a car without an engine the engine being the TCs.....the GCs participated in those international sports events as GCs alone making out the are a complete car but hey out of necessity we will push the car along.

The majority of TCs do not feel part of or respect the "RoC" or they would have flocked back, nothing like that happened miltiades, that must tell you something.

I think property problem is in Cyprus problem and must be solved within it not alone. Problem of propery can't be solved as it is. Turkish Cypriots couldn't use their properties and now some of us is living in Greek Cypriot's properties temporaryly ! This law can do one thing : Can feed chauvenism!

VP , It does tell me something very fundamental . It is bigots and Turkish influenced Cypriots such as your self , just like the Greek influenced Cypriots who raped our country , that are the stumbling block to a solution. There are Cypriots who proudly denounce their identity in favour of a foreign alternatives , yes Sir , foreign alternatives. Look around you in Kyrenia , Famagusta , Nicosia and tell me the people who were imported into our land in order to significantly alter the demographics of our land are your people. Problem of propery can't be solved as it is. Turkish Cypriots couldn't use their properties and now some of us is living in Greek Cypriot's properties temporaryly !

There is no problem with TCs living in GC properties temporarily. The problem is with those that believe that those properties belong to them and they can sell them.
