How big is your home in square meters? I am talking about covered area only. Is it big enough for your needs?

I've had a holiday apartment in Larnaca for the last 11 years -- 2 bed 1 bathroom plus guest toilet -- total living area 85 sq m

For holidays it's ideal even with all the grandkids.

I'm in the process of buying a 3 bed 2 bath bungalow at the moment which is 168 sq m on a plot of 264 sq m -- this will be my home when I retire to Cyprus next year --

Whilst the apartment has been ok for holidays I feel that I will need a bit more space when I live here permanently and at 168 sq m I think that the bungalow is just right -- not too big that I'll need someone to help with the cleaning and not so small that I'll feel confined in a limited space.
