I am planning to visit Cyprus later in the week to have a look at the country and to look at properties. I don't know how long it will take - several months possibly. Is your flat available and if so what is the minimum rental period and what other expenses are on top of the rent. Have you any further info (photos, location etc).

at the above link there are some info for the complex. maybe this will also help for buying a property.

the flat is old thats why the price is low. no minimum rental period.
what i mean with other expenses is the water and the electricity.
