parador & olive properties

Has anyone bought from or had any experience of parador or olive property developers?

I will just make the general comment that most British developers here face a lot of problems; indeed one of the long standing members of this Forum's son-in law was a developer in Limassol. In the end, because of local difficulties, he gave up and went back to the UK.
Parador are a multi-national company (cannot call them Estate Agents as they are unlicensed here); I have friends that used to work for them. they drove their staff hard and maybe their clients. But they are a well known and respected company.
