A flat in my building is for rent, here are some details:

Very quite area in very well kept building behind Papas Supermarket in Tourist area. Nice view, southwest facing and surrounded by citrus trees.


Fully furnished - ready to move in
Covered parking
Airconditioning in both rooms
Very spacious and light
1st floor
Mostly quiet foriengers in the building
£330/m

Personally i would like two hot chicks to have it, but its not my call

How old is the building?

No idea, it doesn't look old and still well painted. Infact they repainted the bottom half this summer. It's really very good and clean with a very good lift and a pool chair on the veranada for those sunny days.

If you want a comfortable place to spend your time in cyprus, you can't go wrong. I'm more than happy there.
