We need a System that all Cypriots can Trust and Respect."

Congratulations to whoever wrote this and thank you to Bill for bringing it to my attention. unfortunately for the author of this truly wholesome statement, both sides would want them dead if they were to come out in public and recite it. Because like Bill said there are many who will disagree with a solution no matter how good it is.

The American public was fooled by the world's greatest marketing campaign. Say what you will about the war, but the marketing campaign was nothing short of a miracle. They fooled everyone and convinced Americans in the fallacy that WMD's existed and the corrolation between Iraq and 9/11. The recent Democratic ass kicking reflects the publics realization that the premise for the Iraq war was a lie.

The only way to solve the Iraq mess is to set a timetable for withdrawal and follow thru. Although we created the mess....it's time for them to govern and protect themselves.

As far as Guillani for President...he has to many skeletons in his closet to garner the nomination. Barak Obama or Hillary will be the Democratic nominee and McCain will be the Republican nominee. The U.S. will have it's first female President.

Unless they look at what happened to England under it's first (and only) woman Prime Minister!

 Point Taken! Unfortunately, 80% of Americans probably never heard of the Iron Lady :P nor the Finnish PM or the German PM.

People voted to kick out the "CEO of a company" ( Chief Executive Officer) who has let company's earnings fall, which meant there was no dividend for the stock holders. If that wasn't bad enough, the company's reserves were also draining away from the bank account due to miss management and corruption. In short, the "CEO" were doing a lousy job to safeguard the company's interests.

That's why the Republicans got kicked out.

The incoming new "CEO" will now try to re-align the company for better future. Time will tell, if we will be looking for a new "CEO" down the road.

I can't imagine anyone would want to hurt me. After all, I'm such a nice guy, but to be on the safe side, I'll make sure I surround myself with Piratis, Kifeas, Miltiades, Andri_cy, Viewpoint, Zan, Bill, Bananiot, Cypezokyli, you and many others, including Mickleham.....because I want to keep my eyes on him, since the man can snap at any moment.!!
