I am very interested in 'Gliding', I wonder if any of you members know of a gliding club or association on the island, I was told that there is one but unfortunately lost the details.

Unfortunately you don't state your location, so I don't know whether this will be helpful to you, but there is a gliding club up near the British Army base at Dhekelia, and I'm sure that they do trial/experience flights.
