sorry viewpont but thats not the way to debate something.

You can't use a legal argument to proove one point and then discard it as soon as it doesn't serve you a purpose anymore wth emotional arguments.

Either stay emotional or legal....can't do both mate.

We are going around in circles, I think you get the drift but persistently avoid the fact that you had your chance to build a relationship with me from 1960 to 1974, it did not work for many reasons. Now I am happy with someone else, so go do your own thing and leave me alone to get on with my own life like everyone else. Now do you get it?

1960 Agreement for my protector called Turkey to step in when necessary and hold the peace until or if a time when we can reconcile our differences, which is basically what has been happening the last 32 years.

YOu mean this one?

ARTICLE IV
In the event of a breach of the provisions of the present Treaty, Greece, Turkey and the United Kingdom undertake to consult together with respect to the representations or measures necessary to ensure observance of those provisions.

In so far as common or concerted action may not prove possible, each the three guaranteeing Powers reserves the right to take action with the sole aim of reestablishing the state of affairs created by the present Treaty.

so what happened to re-establishing the state of affairs created by the present treaty?

annan plan wasn't about re-establishing the previous state of affairs. I can break it down for you if you want. In order to comply with the gaurantee you stand behind so well you need to remove your troops and re-join the Republic of Cyprus.

Once again you like one part of something but disregard it when it works against you later.
