Does anyone know if there is anything organised in the Limassol area to celebrate Guy Fawkes night?

There was a fireworks show last night near St. Raphael hotel. I don't know if this is related to Guy Fawkes. Who is this Guy Fawkes?

And he had a bloody good idea.... blowing up Parliament!... not that I hold any terorist views but what a shower they are
