Daren, re; Pafilia. I purchased 2 properties from Pafilia offplan with a 2 year build progamme, large development in Paphos, delivery was 1 week late!! No problems at any time, very little snagging, polite and friendly at all times and they never really chased me for the stage payments. I have kept 1 property and have recently sold the other, excellent profit, re-sale was handled by Pafilia. I would certainly recommend them, I am not connected to them in any way, hope this helps, regards Gilbo

There are loads and loads of developers in Cyprus. Your mind can get fazzled when looking! I did all my research in the country and picked a couple of developers/agents and arranged to meet them. I didn't go on one of these viewing trips instead I booked my flight and hotel separatley so I could do my own thing and didnt feel tied to the agent!!

What I found is that there are alot of agents selling the same developments and they are all priced up at the same price so there is no benefit to you there.

There are also a 'fair' amount of agents trading illegally so becareful. Remember, you pay for what you get. Property which is cheap, has a reason!!

We have purchased from www.interlinkproperties.com and they have been very good and helpful. They have been very patient indeed.

My husband is scheduling a trip to Cyprus 19-25 November to view property. We are living in Dubai and have had enough of this ridiculous place... concrete, sand & traffic.... looking for a better place more space less people. I am curious about the property you have.
