If you disoute the charge for goods or services not rendered you get your money back, unless they can prove you are lying which they cant. I know because my husband works for a credit card processor and visanet rules are international. Better go ahead and dispute while they are not bust yet so they cant claim not having the money. But thats just what I think :D
