But Ajet has not gone bust yet which is why I think that it might be difficult to get evidence of liquidation for the bank.
But failure to supply goods and services? Yes. So a chargeback?

If you disoute the charge for goods or services not rendered you get your money back, unless they can prove you are lying which they cant. I know because my husband works for a credit card processor and visanet rules are international. Better go ahead and dispute while they are not bust yet so they cant claim not having the money. But thats just what I think
