Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

Could a moderator please inform these people that talking about illegal activities in this forum is not tolerated. If no action is taken I will personally report this forum and cyprusnet company to the authorities for supporting the discussion of illegal matters, promoting the illegal buying and selling of properties in the republic of cyprus that have been under control of the military regime that occuppies our country.

Purchasing land or property in Northern Cyprus is not illegal; I do agree that anyone promoting the purchase of non pre-64 TC or foreign owned land would be.

I have no reason to censor this thread; if you are unhappy with my decision you have the right to contact Admin.

Correct, we are only discussing and not promoting.

I am afraid Lana that you are wrong any purchasing in Northern occuppied cyprus requires that you deal directly with the authorities of the occupation regime, even land that belongs to TCs in northern cyprus cannot be legally transfered to a new owner because the occupation regime have no legal standing anywhere in the world. The transfer of title deeds of any property on the island of Cyprus can only be legally transfered and sold through the official and recognized authorities of the country.

Lana would you ban me if I started talking about good child pornography? I would not be promoting just talking about it...

You are right, but it is not a crime to talk about it, is it. Nor is it a crime to talk about children etc. Talking and actually taking part are different.

I didn't buy anything at Turtle Bay because I purchased a villa on another development instead.

I also have to agree that Ercan airport is very nice indeed, in fact a lot cleaner than Larnaca.

None so far, in fact they originally told us the build would take 18 months. But it will be finished in 12.

We have been to see how it is doing so far, and we have no complaints.

Looking forward to seeing the finished product next year.

Buying in the North is a risk, but if you're prepared to take that risk you could end up with a fantastic property in a beautiful location.
