gps in cyprus

Hi does anyone uses gps navigation in cyprus? I am thinking to buy one but will it support cyprus? :roll: does software like route 66 has map of cyprus?

There is no mapping software for Cyprus currently available.

My hand-held Garmin unit has the standard ‘Europe’ map which includes the main roads but you couldn’t use it for point-to-point navigation.

There was a company supposedly mapping the whole of Cyprus but the guy was deported – you can probably do a search and find the details.

Telefone had a PDA with GPS that supposdly came preloaded with Cyprus maps.

in have it on good authority that digital mapping of cyprus will be happening in the next year

g&t, it happened already. If you know some that will do it next year it means they came second ;)
