Creative Inventions

Assuming we all had the ability to create an invention that would benefit mankind in general, what would you invent?
My invention would be a microchip that could be inserted into the brain which would allow us to speak and understand any language fluently without having to try and master it by other means. Think of all the advantages that would bring!

What would you invent?

I would invent a bagless vacuum cleaner that DIDNT cost more to buy and to run in new filters than a bagged one did for bags...

Dyson, the greatest con of the century

:D

I watched a documentary about Dyson on discovery. What he said is that his vacuum cleaner is better not cheaper. I also think he said something about washing the filter not buying new ones!

Washing the filter works for about a year. Then you need to buy new ones.
I have discovered Eureka(don't know if you have them there). They are bag-less, cost around 60 USD, do an excellent job and I had to just buy a new filter after 18 months. It cost me 15 dollars.
