Elko I'm sure we have much in common more so that before the troubles your father , you and your family lived and interacted with your fellow Cypriots without the fear of conflict erupting. My older brother , 67 , was old enough to remember and I will ask him. I remember the Muhtar and I'm sure if your father would be remembered by most in the village of 60 plus.

Hope to shake your hand in the not too distant future.

oh we felt the earthquake - it woke us up - the whole building swayed
and it was the first time my hubby had been in one
I knew that it was one straightaway
