hi everyone, recently i got problems using i-choice. this morning it happened again: i cannot open webpages like Yahoo or google, but i can login to MSN or some other IM softwares, how strange.

i heard that cyta is upgrading its dsl netwk but i check my schedule mine is gonna upgrade in Dec (f**king slow btw)

dose any1 else have this prob?

I could see all websites but it was very very slow. Slower than modem!! This lasted for about 3 weeks. Yesterday and today it is ok again. I hope it will stay like this! Call at 132 and tell them about the problem. What speed to you get here: http://bwm.i-choice.com.cy/ ? You should get at least 800Kbits/sec

thx, i got 888 kbit/s but this means nothing :-(

mind you the speed you connect at does depend on what you signed up for......

It means that the problem can be with your ISP and not i-choice

Which is your ISP?

sorry, i am using cytanet netrunner, ain't i-choice & netrunner both belong 2 cyta?

both belong to Cyta but they are separate services. Netrunner sucks. Drop Netrunner and go with Otenet or Netway!

i-choice is driving me bonkers, i'm getting chucked off every 5-10 mins :allout:

I think this is all because of their new platform. Now they are running with half new and half old platform. Maybe when everybody is moved to the new platform the problems will be fixed!
