Listen Bananiot. You are obviously trying to draw conclussions from the time when everyone who was against Makarios before 1974 must have been a Grivas or an Eoka B supporter. This is a wrong! I know Koutsou from the times of KYKEM - long after 1974. There were friends and participants there, like late Yiannos Kranidiotis, as well as Academics from all over the world and TCs. So if Koutsou was an Eoka B supporter, or an "Eoka B man" as you claim then all those people should have been fools.

I know why you hate Koutsou. Because he together with Christos Klerides were the only ones who revealed the people what a monstrosity the Anan Plan was. And we are talking for a time when most politicians have not even read it, and knew nothing about it, simply repeating what Markides was telling them. Yes Koutsou and C.Clerides were the single 2 people who enligfhtened 700,000 GCs about what the Anan Plan was. I am sorry you were, and still are, beyond cure. Not even the best doctors can save a suicidal person from death.

wow , i never thought koutsou and klerides were so influential!!!

if i were tpap, christofias, kleanthous, antigoni papadopoulou, koulias, bishop of paphou, kyrenia and above all the one and the only PI-TO-KO-PI-TIS , i would have taken the above as an insult

i especially liked the term "enlightened"

it would be a disgrace for our nation, and our history if we dont reward the robespierus of our time, with at least the mayorship of nicosia. enlightened people of nicosia unite...

Koutsou was also a junta man in Greece. In Cyprus he likes to portray himself as a junta adversary. Nowdays he says that the only solution possible is the return to the 1960 constitution. Some people take him seriously and support him. Most of these people are hard core nationalists who would never accept any form of sharing government with the Turkish Cypriots. Thus, anything but total capitulation by the Turkish Cypriots is considered a treason by these people.

Once a junta supporter, always a junta supporter. This is Koutsou on Friday morning:

Koutsou on a radio show on Friday morning, during which the familiar allegations were made by Koutsou against a group that had applied for funding. When a representative of the group asked to have his say on the show in order to put the record straight, Koutsou insisted that he should not be allowed to do so, because the subject was being investigated by the legislature. In short, deputies (Koutsou is an mp) had every right publicly to make wild allegations against citizens while the investigation was being conducted, but the citizens at the centre of the allegations did not have the right of reply.
