As I wrote above, the Court of Appeal (CA) can overturn the ruling of the lower court wrt costs i.e. if Apostolides wins the appeal, most probably Orams will have to pay their own costs plus the costs of Apostolides at CA and below. With courts, usually it is a case of "winner takes all"

PS: Now I don't write much on the Cyprus List but I always attend the meals!! Perhaps we should also arrange a get together of the Cyprus Form. It may be a little too inconvenient for the Paphians like Lana but until they declare the Republic of Paphos they will have to put up with it
