Alex, only limited knowledge of Larnaca but tried a few when we came here 6 months ago (looking for rental).... some agents were mediocre, some downright useless.... (won't mention them for obvious reasons) - we found Capital Growth (Kelly in particular) excellent. Nothing too much bother; came back to us when she said she would - sometimes earlier; kept us informed every step of the way; found loads of flats to look at and didn't even lose her 'cheery face' when we changed our 'goalposts'! When we're in a position to buy, only one person we're heading back to... can't recommend enough - Kelly/Capital Growth!
