Nice to have you back. If the RoC will not agree to the opening and closing of any new chapters, and if Turkey doesn't implement the Ankara protocol for Cyprus and open its ports and airports where do you see this leading to?
Dead lock and end of Turkey's EU ambitions and cementing of the division of Cyprus.

It will mean the freezing of Turkey's EU accession process, until Turkey and the various power centers that govern it (Army, government, opposition, presidency, kemalists, etc,) make up their mind and decide what is more important for Turkey and its people's future, i.e. to become an EU member state one day, or to continue to illegally occupy the north part of Cyprus and to continue violating the Cypriot people's human rights.

What do you mean? Do you mean the EU should sign to Turkey an advanced unilateral contract (a blank check,) specifying the precise day at which it will for certain accede Turkey in the EU? Anything else you want?
