hi again

we have been searching how and low regarding health care in cyprus can anyone tell me do we need this form E106 RESIDUAL and if so where can we get one from as the department of health has never heard of it

Pls pardon my ignorance but having mentioned the ss offices, can EU citizens claim jobseekers' allowance here same/similar as in UK?
